Private Clubhouse in Hebei

Absorbing visitors the moment they enter through a spatial experience of a continuous central 'path'.

Channeling them to the different curiosities and rooms of the club. Reshaping and expanding the existing structure and volumes depending on the needs of the activities.

Coolness of a machine aesthetic

A private clubhouse to host the owner’s VIP guests during their visits. The program includes a restaurant, 11 private dining rooms, KTV, 17 standard hotel rooms, bar, SPA, resting areas, 10 suites, offices, meeting rooms and the chairman office.

Public, social, functions are integrated into the “path” as part of a continuous sequence. This sense of continuity of the “path” is enhanced by the play of light and materials. Lights follow the rhythm of ceiling and walls, adding to the dynamics of the corridor.

Throughout, the “path” is wrapped in a continuous sleek steel-colored material palate. Perforated steel walls and ceiling, floors covered in woven vinyl. Behind the perforated steel, walls are painted in different colors. Subtly speaking variety and intrigue through the perforation, heightening visitors’ interest of the unknown beyond the walls.
