The development of a new building becomes the driver of organizational evolution. Along functional and design related decisions required during the planning procedure the users develop crossfunctional project team strategies. Discussing their future work environment means reflecting their working procedures. “Deliver Together” becomes the maxim for the office space and it´s design.

The signage system expresses the users’ working processes, values and group identity.

The core values appear as a word cloud at the central reception: “Sharing”, “Efficiency”, “Collaboration” and on the higher-level “Deliver Together” are displayed as a Scrabble. The core processes of cooperation serve as floor names to provide orientation in the building and are also used to identify the meeting rooms and cluster names. “Together” also acts as a connecting element here.

The privacy in meeting and team spaces is typographically designed. Corresponding to the requirements for the privacy of the rooms, the glazing is covered with corporate texts white in white with transparency gradients.

Various English translations of recipes for original Frankfurt specialties are installed in the central lounge kitchens.

A “welcome wall” enables employees to easily and flexibly locate themselves in the clusters using name cards and book clips.
