A unified brand image

Spaces of each and every dimension, height and proportion sit behind an ordinary facade. Preserving the characteristics of the spaces, each different from the next, of load bearing walls, steel structure and roofs of varying pitches. Brought together with a reconfigured circulation, by relocating a stair, that presented the opportunity of adding two roof terraces to the building.

Applying color, material and lighting, layered over the spatial constraints we created unifying design strategies. Red on the walls solidifies the connection of the common spaces, with cement based self-levelling flooring, while oak is applied on the floors of offices and theatre.
